My name is Jeff Poindexter, and I’m an experienced, highly rated Realtor® based in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. I specialize in helping clients buy and sell primary residences, second homes, and investment properties throughout the Lake Tahoe region and the Reno/Carson Basin. I’m licensed in both Nevada and California and a member of three Multiple Listing Services: Incline Village MLS, Tahoe Sierra MLS, and Sierra Nevada MLS.
Before entering real estate, I served as an Officer in the United States Air Force and later held senior management roles in the Aerospace industry. My background spans engineering, acquisition, and program management for spacecraft, satellite ground systems, and other intelligence community technologies. These careers led to numerous relocations, which sparked my long-standing personal interest in real estate, renovation, and construction.
Since moving to Lake Tahoe, I’ve completed a major renovation and addition to my personal home as an owner-builder, as well as constructed a new investment property in Truckee, California. These experiences have given me in-depth knowledge of the area’s unique permitting and building processes, as well as valuable relationships with local builders and tradespeople.
I live in Incline Village with my wife, Peggy, and am the proud father of two accomplished daughters. I enjoy meeting people, building lasting relationships, and using my diverse experience to provide honest, thoughtful, and results-driven representation—whether you’re buying or selling a home or investment property.
